At Stone Exclusive, Inc.  we specialize in the fabrication and installation of custom granite and marble projects for every room of the home – from customized countertops to fireplaces and bars. Each job is designed and led by Vladimir Rafaenko, a highly experienced and skilled Russian craftsman. Mr. Rafaenko takes great pride in his meticulous attention to details, which is evident in the quality of his work. We take great pride in our kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation and countertops of all sizes and shapes.

General Information

• We work with granite, marble, onyx, and travertine.
• We work with individual homeowners as well as professional designers and contractors.
• We install stone in new construction as well as remodels/renovations.
• We can do: kitchen remodeling, countertops, breakfast bars with decorative brackets, wet bars, full risers between counters and cabinets, windowsills, bathrooms – tub and shower surrounds, vanity cabinets, fireplaces – mantle pieces and hearth surrounds.  We can create almost anything you can imagine.
• Edge treatments – range from clean, polished edges to intricate, customized profiles.
• We attempt to use the least number of seams/joins possible – consequently, many countertops are cut from a single stone slab.
• We use granite and marble stone from a variety of local and regional suppliers. This allows our customers to personally select their slabs for fabrication. (Because each stone has been created by nature, there can be variations between slabs of the same color selection and quarried bundle).

“Dear Evalina,
When we were looking to remodel and upgrade the Sterling Shores condo we purchased in January 2014, I stumbled across your website. I reached out to a number of granite retailers in the Destin and Ft. Walton Beach, but by any measure I had, Stone Exclusive stood out. Not only did you follow-up quickly from my initial internet inquiry, you worked to understand what we were looking to do and provided a series of design options to us. Amazingly, all of this work was done through telephone calls, emails, digital photos and several sample shipments to our home in Indiana.

The granite selections, kitchen tiling, the faucet fixtures and the new vanities and granite we selected for our kitchen and two bathrooms were the result of the outstanding design support, project management, and turnkey services we received from Evalina. We expected that by not living in Destin, it would pose challenges to getting our upgrade projects done. I thought it would be complicated and challenging to oversee the project from Indiana, and originally, either we planned that my wife or I, would be on-site during the demolition and installation. However, with partners like Stone Exclusives and Evalina, none of this was necessary. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to superior customer service, Evalina coordinated and handled the demolition of the existing counters and mirror under the kitchen bar area, secured the plumber to install and operationalize the new faucets, and oversaw the selection, fabrication and installation of the new granite in our kitchen and bathroom remodels.

We had such a terrific experience with Evalina and Stone Exclusive, we would not hesitate to work with them in the future. The work was performed as promise, and Evalina’s attention to details, her high quality and exacting standards (measuring and verifying) and the obvious care and diligence she provides her customers demonstrates to me that Stone Exclusive’s is a partner you can trust and count on in getting the job done right, on time, and within budget. “StonExclusive helped in the selection and purchase of the granite slabs, then performed the measuring, fabrication and installation of the granite countertops. From start to finish, our experience with StonExclusive was way above our expectations. They have some granite slabs on site, and have fabulous working relations with numerous area granite wholesalers. Vera, Evalina and Molly in the office bent over backwards to make sure we understood the pros and cons of granite. Evalina actually accompanied us on at least two occasions to a local granite wholesaler and was instrumental in helping us pick out our granite. Vera’s pricing of our job was “right on”. StonExclusive has their own fabrication facilities on site, and Vladimir is very exacting when it comes to the measuring, fabrication and installation of the granite counter tops.
